Some mornings are easy. No fuss, no muss. What is muss? Anyhow, other mornings, in fact most mornings generate some sort of temporary crises that need swift resolution.
You too can survive these little golden moments by creating a quick mental spreadsheet to address the conflict with simple resolution.
Here’s an example from this morning:

How’s your Wednesday going? Do you have a mental spreadsheet living in your Cerebral Cortex right now? Or perhaps somewhere else in your brain…never took anatomy or any other science electives. Actually more of a true crime and sci-fi documentary sort of person, so didn’t pick up on a lot of medical terminology.
